If you are not yet registered, we ask that you complete the registration form. Once sent, you will be immediately granted access to our support system. You will need only to send your support request to our technical support engineers.

 

Please provide the following information:

  • Product name

 

  • Product version (click on “about” dialog box)

 

  • Product serial number (for registered users only)

 

  • Windows version (including service packs) and localization (US, UK, FR, …)

 

  • Information about your computer (CPU, memory, …)

 

  • Short description of the problem with, if possible, previous steps taken.
